Here is a STEP-BY-STEP guide on how to place a Special Order with the state of Utah!
This process is actually quite easy - but we understand it can be a bit intimidating to put in an order for wine on a weird state website.
- Ordering is easy, and doesn't require payment upfront
- You don't pay until you get the wine from your chosen location!!
- The one rule is Special Orders MUST be in full case increments (on our portfolio lists found HERE, the case size is listed for easy reference)
- If buying a full case is more than you're hoping to do - call your friends! It's easy to split a case with people once it arrives.

Creating an account is EASY - and it doesn't involve much as you can see here ----> Once you have entered all of your information and your city, select the State Liquor Store that is most convenient for you to pick up your Special Order from Once done, click 'Create New Account' |

Create New Order
This page will appear once you have created your account. You can see any Open Orders you may have here too. Then Click 'CREATE NEW ORDER' |

When you Click 'Add to Order' - this drop box will appear ----> - If finding a wine from our portfolio that already has a UT SO# Click 'Special Order Catalog' - If needing to add a wine that says 'Not in UT System yet' Click 'New Item' |

STEP 4a - Finding a wine with a UT SO# in the 'Special Order Catalog'
- Instead of using the drop-down box of all wines in the system,
use the UT SO# from our portfolios (found HERE), and copy/paste it to the box that says 'Item Code'
- Then add the number of Cases you want (our portfolios show how many bottles come in a case)
- Then Click 'Add to Order' (you will be directed to your main Special Order page at this point)

STEP 4b - Submitting a 'NEW WINE' for Special Order
- If you find a wine in our portfolios (found HERE) that is NOT already in the UT System,
copy the name of the full wine and enter it here on the 'New Product Name' line
- Write 'BON VIVANT IMPORTS' in the Vendor/Distributor/Producer line, so they know to send the order to us
- Add the Size(ML), most bottles are all 750ml... but if you see that volume is different in our portfolio, use that
- Then add the number of Cases you want (our portfolios show how many bottles come in a case)
- Then Click 'Add to Order' (you will be directed to your main Special Order page at this point)

STEP 5 - THAT'S IT!!!
Once you have filled in all the wines that you (and your friends) want to order (FOR NOW!) - Click 'Submit Order'!
Easy as that! You can return to this page and see the status of your order, and the state will reach out to you when your wines arrive!
